(I use DVK Quality Snapshots to assess quality). My fair value estimate is $125, but I'm willing to pay a premium of up to 10% for stocks rated Exceptional (quality score 25/25). So 1.1x$125 = $137.50. That's why $135 is appealing to me. Plus I got $1.75 for selling the puts, so, effectively, the shares will cost me $133.25.

Your calculation appears correct (I don't have the exact date).
FerdiS, DivGrohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07330193431527796718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6097510160054715524.post-82346043133825814132021-06-08T11:55:25.620-07:002021-06-08T11:55:25.620-07:00Hi,

I just sold 2 PFE 17 Sep 2021 $42.00 P at 3.95 which netted $788 in Option income ( I pay 3.5$ per option order). I calculated an annualized return of 34%. I calculated: (788/8400)*(365/101). Is this calculation correct?

Thanks a lot,
Petar

P.S.: Do you think PG @ 135$ is good value for your money?

why do you want to buy PG at 135?
PHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07719512100014610709noreply@blogger.com
