Companies that regularly raise their dividends show confidence in the potential growth of future earnings. Monitoring dividend increases for stocks on my watch list helps me identify candidates for further analysis.
In the past week, 12 companies on my watch list announced dividend increases, including two of the stocks I own.

The top increase is from Boeing (BA), an aerospace firm based in Chicago, Illinois. BA increased its dividend by an impressive 20.4% and now yields 2.31% at $293.94 per share.
The runner-up is Franklin Resources (BEN), a global investment management company operating as Franklin Templeton Investments. BEN announced an increase of 15%. The stock now yields 2.11% at $43.46 per share.
The other double-digit increases are from Amgen (AMGN) and CubeSmart (CUBE).
