On 20 May, Realty Income (O) increased its monthly dividend by 2.14%, from 25.70¢ to 26.25¢ per share.
The dividend will be paid on 14 June to shareholders of record on 3 June. The ex-dividend date is 3 June.
O's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will increase by $30.40 to $329.60.
I own 250 shares of O at an average cost basis of $51.24 per share. Following this increase, my yield on cost is 6.15%. (O's forward yield is 5.98% at $52.71 per share).
Since I opened my O position in August 2015, the stock has produced annualized total returns of 7%, including $2,217.42 in dividend income.
