On 7 June, UnitedHealth (UNH) increased its quarterly dividend by 11.7%, from $1.88 to $2.10 per share.
The dividend will be paid on 25 June to shareholders of record on 17 June. The ex-dividend date is 17 June.
UNH's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will increase by $44 to $420.
I own 50 shares of UNH at an average cost basis of $234.48 per share. Following this increase, my yield on cost is 3.58%. (UNH's forward yield is 1.73% at $486.32 per share).
Since I opened my UNH position in January 2014, the stock has produced annualized total returns of 27%, including $1,541.83 in dividend income.
UNH became DivGro's 8th Home Run stock in April 2017, when the stock doubled my original capital outlay.
