On 7 November, Energy (EVRG) increased its quarterly dividend by 3.89%, from 64.25¢ to 66.75¢ per share.
The dividend will be paid on 20 December to shareholders of record on 21 November. The ex-dividend date is 21 November.
EVRG's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will increase by $30 to $801.
I own 300 shares of EVRG at an average cost basis of $55 per share. Following this increase, my yield on cost is 4.85%. (ATO's forward yield is 4.35% at $61.41 per share).
Since I opened my EVRG position in January 2024, the stock has produced total returns of 15%, including $578.25 in dividend income.
