On 11 June, Realty Income (O) increased its monthly dividend by 0.19%, from 26.25¢ to 26.30¢ per share.

The dividend will be paid on 15 July to shareholders of record on 1 July. The ex-dividend date is 1 July.

O's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will increase by $1.50 to $789.00.

UnitedHealth Dividend Increase

On 7 June, UnitedHealth (UNH) increased its quarterly dividend by 11.7%, from $1.88 to $2.10 per share.

The dividend will be paid on 25 June to shareholders of record on 17 June. The ex-dividend date is 17 June.

UNH's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will increase by $44 to $420.

Lowe's Dividend Increase

On 31 May, Lowe's (LOW) increased its quarterly dividend by 4.55%, from $1.10 to $1.15 per share.

The dividend will be paid on 7 August to shareholders of record on 24 July. The ex-dividend date is 24 July.

LOW's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will increase by $20 to $460.

Reality Income Dividend Increase

On 20 May, Realty Income (O) increased its monthly dividend by 2.14%, from 25.70¢ to 26.25¢ per share.

The dividend will be paid on 14 June to shareholders of record on 3 June. The ex-dividend date is 3 June.

O's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will increase by $30.40 to $329.60.
