I Joined Portfolio Insight!

I have some exciting news to share! 

After more than a year of fruitful collaboration, including rolling out Dividend Radar as a free resource for Dividend Growth Investors, I’ve accepted an invitation to join the Portfolio Insight team as their Product Strategist. 

Portfolio Insight is a subscription-based application for investors and the platform that automatically generates Dividend Radar. I’ve been using Portfolio Insight for more than a year, employing the application’s extensive analysis and visual tools not only to manage my DivGro portfolio, but also to prepare and publish articles on Seeking Alpha, TheStreet.com, TalkMarkets, and The DIV-Net.

Interview with AA40

A while ago, I started corresponding with JB of AA40, a blog in Brazil on becoming financially independent and retiring early. Also known as FIRE, the movement has lots of followers and a growing list of successful pundits.

JB asked me if I would be willing to do an interview with AA40, and after looking at the format of an earlier interview published on AA40, I agreed.

As an expat South African, there are similarities in the investing landscape in Brazil and South Africa that I recognize and appreciate. For example, interest rates are much higher than in the USA, so investing in the stock market instead of depositing your money in a bank is not so self-evident.

A Quick Reminder

On Saturday I wrote about a special subscription offered by Mike McNeil of Dividend Stocks Rock.
