11 Dividend Increases: October 9-13, 2017

Companies that regularly increase dividends show confidence in future earnings growth potential.

One way to identify dividend growth stocks for further analysis is to monitor dividend increases.

Recently, eleven companies on my watch list decided to increase their dividends, including two of the stocks I own.

Two stocks announced double-digit dividend increases.

Topping the list is Brown & Brown (BRO), a company that markets and sells a range of insurance and reinsurance products and services. BRO announced an increase of 11.11%. The stock now yields 1.21% at $49.39 per share.

Just behind BRO is Eaton Vance (EV), a company involved in the creation, marketing, and management of investment funds in the United States. EV announced an increase of 10.71%, now yielding 2.43% at $51.07 per share.

For details about all this week's dividend increases, please see this article at Seeking Alpha.
