I monitor dividend increases for stocks on my watch list of dividend growth stocks to identify candidates for further analysis.
Last week, 17 companies declared dividend increases, including 3 of the stocks I own.
The top increase is from Pool (POOL), a company that distributes swimming pool supplies, equipment, and related leisure products in North America and internationally. POOL announced an impressive increase of 22% and now yields 1.19% at $184.44 per share.
The runner-up is Caterpillar (CAT), a company that manufactures construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives. CAT's dividend increase is 20%, improving the stock's yield to 2.96% at $139.06 per share.
To see details of these increases, please read this article at Seeking Alpha.
As a bonus, I'm including a summary of ex-dividend dates for the next two weeks. Scan the list of stocks to see if there's a stock you want to pick up before the ex-dividend date so you can grab the next dividend.
