On 19 February, Realty Income (O) increased its monthly dividend by 1.52%, from 26.4¢ to 26.8¢ per share.
The dividend is payable on 14 March to shareholders of record on 3 March.
O's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will increase by $12 to $804.
I own 250 O shares at an average cost of $51.24 per share. Following this increase, my yield on cost is 6.28%. (O's forward yield is 5.63% at $57.09 per share).
Since opening my position in August 2015, the stock has generated a total return of 33%, including $2,808.10 in dividend income. That's a solid annualized rate of return of 6.9%.
