On 24 April, Comfort Systems (FIX) increased its dividend by 14.28%, from 70¢ to 80¢ per share.
The dividend is payable on 26 May to shareholders of record on 15 May.
FIX's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will
increase by $7.20 to $57.60.

I own 18 shares of FIX at an average cost basis of $431.78 per share. Following this increase, my yield on cost
is 0.98%. (The stock's forward yield is 0.19% at $1,726.12 per share).
Since I opened my position in March 2025, the stock has delivered a total return of 427%, including dividends of $47.70.
That's a spectacular annualized rate of return of 326%!
FIX became DivGro's 56th Home Run stock in July 2025, when it doubled my original capital
outlay.
