Intuit Dividend Increase

On August 25, Intuit (INTU) increased its dividend by 15%, from $1.20 to $1.38 per share.

The dividend is payable on October 16 to shareholders of record on October 8.

INTU's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will increase by $76.32 to $585.12.

I own 106 shares of INTU at an average cost basis of $421.38/share. Following this increase, my yield on cost is 1.31%. (The stock's forward yield stands at 1.54% at $357.46/share.)

Since I opened my position in October 2024, the stock has delivered a total return of -14%, including dividends of $390.88. That works out to an annualized rate of return of -15.4%. 

INTU's quality score is 8.55, which I rate Excellent. On the other hand, its F6 Risk-Adjusted Returns score is only 2.57: the business is excellent, but the stock has not paid off yet.
