Lam Research Dividend Increase

On August 27, Lam Research (LRCX) increased its dividend by 26.92%, from 26¢ to 33¢ per share.

The dividend is payable on October 14 to shareholders of record on September 23.

LRCX's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will increase by $31.36 to $147.84.

I own 112 shares of LRCX at an average cost basis of $76.50/share. Following this increase, my yield on cost is 1.73%. (The stock's forward yield is 0.41% at $318.58/share.)

Since I opened my position in March 2025, the stock has delivered a total return of 318%, including dividends of $142.24. That's a spectacular annualized rate of return of 162.4%!

LRCX became DivGro's 59th Home Run stock in October 2025, when it doubled my original capital outlay.
