Companies can only increase their dividends regularly if they sufficiently grow earnings.
I like monitoring dividend increases for stocks on my watch list of dividend growth stocks because I consider such stocks to be candidates for further analysis.
Recently, 8 companies on my watch list announced dividend increases, including 2 of my DivGro holdings.

Four of the stocks announced double-digit percentage increases.
The top increase is from Keycorp (KEY) with an increase of 11.76%. The stock now yields 2.14% and its 5-year dividend growth rate is an impressive 27%!
One of my stocks, Northrop Grumman (NOC), announced an 11.11% increase. NOC now yields 1.60% and its 5-year dividend growth rate is a respectable 12.7%.
Nice! Thanks for sharing
